REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Sunmills gear. Here is how refunds and returns work in our store:
1. Print-On-Demand Items (Shirts, Hats, Mugs, Stickers, etc.)
These items are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement, send us a message through our "Talk to Us" page within 30 days of delivery with:

2. CDs & In-Stock Items (Shipped by Us)
For items we ship ourselves, we accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products.
To request a return or replacement, send us a message through our "Talk to Us" page within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
We do not accept returns for opened CDs unless they arrived damaged.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you and the carrier to try to resolve it.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because print-on-demand items begin production quickly, we may not be able to cancel or change an order after it has been placed. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
